All systems include 60 days free technical support.

Updates to the directory of titles (ad rates, circulations, readerships, new titles) are produced every four months.  The cost is £145 to receive the update by email or £195 to receive it by post.  You can purchase the updates as frequently as you wish.

Should you decide, for any reason whatsoever, that you do not wish to keep any software you buy from us, simply return it to us in full within 30 days of purchase and remove it from any computers you have installed it on.  We shall refund your money in full.

Note:
The upgrade to version 3.5 does not update your current directory but will import your current directory into the upgraded system.
