Core Module
All modules link to the core module. This stores details of clients, people who work at your clients, journalists and publications. Letters, faxes and emails can be sent directly from the system.
Press Release Module
This module stores each press release and its distribution list. You immediately know who received what. You can also track who used each press release. This helps you target press releases more effectively.
Press releases can be entered directly into the system. Alternatively, you can use your favourite word processor, such as Microsoft Word, and link the document to the appropriate client.
You can even email or fax the press release to journalists directly from the system.
Press Enquiries Module
This module stores details of discussions with journalists. Your team can answer queries more confidently as they know about every discussion held and who dealt with it. You can see all current and past enquiries about a client or from a journalist. You know what issues are of media interest.
Follow up actions can be scheduled so you never forget to follow up a press enquiry.
Events Module
This module helps you keep track of any events you are organising. Who has been invited, who has accepted and who attended. You can target invites and follow up more effectively.
Meetings Module
This module documents details of meetings with clients, journalists and colleagues. You can instantly see what was discussed and what actions are to be taken.
Client contact reports can be printed, keeping clients up to date with what has been agreed.
